O bakinim kiselim krastavcima"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mali, zeleni, bockavi krastv\u010di\u0107i ukiseljeni na bakin na\u010din. Uz pe\u010dene doma\u0107e kobasice, malo ajvara i s doma\u0107im kruhom.<\/p>\n<p>Hrskaju pod mojim zubima i podsje\u0107aju me kako ih je baka slagala u velike i male staklenke, u stupcima, \u010dvrsto sljubljene, ba\u0161 poput sardina u konzervi.<!--more--><br \/>\nBaka je, doma\u0107e krastavce iz vlastitog vrt, kiselila u ljeto, u male teglice, jednu po jednu, onoliko koliko ih je skupila kad bi dozorili.<br \/>\nU velike trolitrene staklenke obi\u010dno su i\u0161li krastavci koje je, u doba pripremanja zimnice, djed kupio na tr\u017enici. I to one male i srednje velike, svijetlo zelene sa bijelim prugama.<br \/>\n<script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\" async=\"\"><\/script><!-- BK_Blog_2015Responsive --> <ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7449141779691315\" data-ad-slot=\"8884151966\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><script>\/\/ <![CDATA[\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\nBaka ih je kiselila s koprom i zato smo se uvijek natezale, jer meni kopar ba\u0161 nikad nije bio po volji, a ona je tvrdila da kiseli krastavci jednostavno ne mogu bez kopra.<br \/>\nIpak, za mene su se nekom magijom, uvijek na\u0161le 2 &#8211; 3 teglice onih malih, najmanjih krastav\u010di\u0107a bez kopra. Zvala sam ih &#8220;mali zeleni&#8221;.<br \/>\nJedna od mojih omiljenih neobi\u010dnih kombinacija jela bili su nekad kiseli krastavci s \u010dvarcima. Iako zvu\u010di skroz neobi\u010dno, ta kombinacija hrskavih krastavaca i \u010dvaraka, tankih kao \u010dips, meni je bila neodoljiva.<\/p>\n<p>Sje\u0107am se da sam ispitivala baku za\u0161to su krastavci u nekim teglicama tako jarko zeleni, a u drugima opet nisu, ve\u0107 su svijetliji. Mislila sam da to ovisi o vrsti krastavaca, a onda mi je baka otkrila da &#8220;eksperimentira&#8221; sa zelenom galicom.<br \/>\nNaime, od zelene galice kiseli krastavci ostaju svje\u017ee zeleni, odn. ne blijede.
