Baka je pekla buhtle uvijek zimi, i zato su mi buhtle uvijek zimski kola\u010d.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Topla kuhinja, miris kvasca koji se di\u017ee, miris d\u017eema od \u0161ljiva pomije\u0161anog s malo ruma da bude aromati\u010dniji, ribana korica limuna, bra\u0161no po stolu &#8230;. tako je izgledala i miri\u0161ala bakina kuhinja dok je pekla buhtle.<br \/>\n<script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\" async=\"\"><\/script><!-- BK_Blog_2015Responsive --> <ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7449141779691315\" data-ad-slot=\"8884151966\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><script>\/\/ <![CDATA[\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Mije\u0161ala je baka meko bra\u0161no sa jajima, \u0161e\u0107erom, koricom limuna, kvascem, sve dok se svi sastojci ne bi potpuno sjedilni i pretvorili u kompaktno tijesto, koje je baka onda, kako je to ona govorila: \u010dvrsto &#8220;zaklopala dok se ne bi po\u010deli dizati mjehuri&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Tek onda bi bila zadovoljna, pokrila tijesto krpom i ostavila da se di\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Govorila mi je baka da je za buhtle (kao uostalom i za sva dizana tijesta), najva\u017enije vrijeme i jo\u0161 vi\u0161e strpljenje.<\/p>\n<p>Strpljenje da se digne kvasac, strpljenje da se digne tijesto pokriveno kariranom krpom, koje sam ja svako malo otkrivala i virkala ispod te krpe, da vidim tu \u010daroliju dizanja tijesta. A onda bi baka razvaljala tijesto, izrezala ga u kvadrate i zajedno sa mnom, punila razmu\u0107enim d\u017eemom od \u0161ljiva.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_711\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/buhtle.png\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-711\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-711\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/buhtle-300x209.png\" alt=\"Buhtle\" width=\"300\" height=\"209\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/buhtle-300x209.png 300w, https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/buhtle.png 340w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-711\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Buhtle<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Oprezno bi zamotala svaki kvadrati\u0107 u buhtlicu i slagala ih u prethodno poma\u0161\u0107en protvanj (tepsiju, lim za pe\u010denje).<\/p>\n<p>I opet bi te napunjene loptice stajale i dizale se prije nego ih je stavila pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nicu stare pe\u0107i na drva.<\/p>\n<p>Pokrila bi ih komadom kartona, specijalno \u010duvanim ba\u0161 za takve prilike, kako buhtle ne bi izgorile po povr\u0161ini, a u sredini ostale sirove.
