A zapravo se radi o doma\u0107oj, tradicionalnoj hrvatskoj verziji francuskog mille-feuille kola\u010da &#8211; kola\u010da s tisu\u0107u listova.<br \/>\nKako mu i samo ime ka\u017ee, radi se sa salom, svinjskim salom.<\/p>\n<p>U zadnje vrijeme, barem u Zagrebu, u\u010destali su manji sajmovi doma\u0107ih proizvo\u0111a\u010da hrane, OPGova, slasti\u010dara, kobasi\u010dara, vo\u0107ara i povr\u0107ara.<\/p>\n<p>Iako volim takva doga\u0111anja, jer mali proizvo\u0111a\u010di doma\u0107e hrane dolaze do izra\u017eaja, ne mogu a da ne primjetim da je i ta hrana postala malo konfekcijska, odn. na svakom takvom sajmu vidim jedne te iste proizvode.<\/p>\n<p>Primje\u0107ujem to najvi\u0161e u izboru doma\u0107ih kola\u010da koji se nude. Uvijek su to isti <a title=\"Londoneri\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/slastice\/LondonerPloske.html\" target=\"_blank\">londoneri<\/a>, \u0161ape, i\u0161leri, medena pita, kuglice \u010dokoladne, rum, kokos.<br \/>\nZapravo, ono \u0161to me najvi\u0161e mu\u010di je, da na takvom sajmu nikada ne mogu na\u0107i prave, pravcate, doma\u0107e salenjake.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zagovornike zdrave hrane vjerojatno ve\u0107 lovi nesvjestica pri samom spomenu konzumiranja svinjskog sala, ali treba re\u0107i da je svinjsko salo zdravije od, primjerice, margarina.<\/p>\n<p>Moja je baka, ba\u0161 svake godine poslije <a title=\"Kolinje\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/blog\/razno\/zimski-obicaji-kolinje\/\" target=\"_blank\">doba kolinja<\/a>, kad je svinjskog sala bilo i vi\u0161e nego dovoljno, radila salenjake.<br \/>\n<script src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\" async=\"\"><\/script><!-- BK_Blog_2015Responsive --> <ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7449141779691315\" data-ad-slot=\"8884151966\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><script>\/\/ <![CDATA[\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\nVrijedno je preslagivala i premazivala tijesto salom, dobivaju\u0107i tako prhke lisnate listove salenjaka.<br \/>\nIako je salenjak kao kola\u010d, pone\u0161to kompliciran, odn. zahtijeva malo vi\u0161e vremena i strpljenja za izradu, baka je s u\u017eivanjem radila salenjake.<br \/>\nRezala ih u kvadrate, punila ih ili doma\u0107im d\u017eemom od \u0161ljiva ili pekmezom od malina.<\/p>\n<p>Kad bi kona\u010dno salenjaci bili pe\u010deni, posipala ih je s dosta \u0161taub \u0161e\u0107era i slagala na veliki stakleni tanjur, posebno \u010duvan za &#8220;bolje&#8221; kola\u010de.<br \/>\nNe trebam spominjati da bi ve\u0107ina salenjaka &#8220;planula u roku keks&#8221;, jer smo i moj brat i ja, veliki ljubitelji salenjaka.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_513\" style=\"width: 350px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Salenjaci1.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-513\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-513 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Salenjaci1.png\" alt=\"Salenjaci\" width=\"340\" height=\"237\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Salenjaci1.png 340w, https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Salenjaci1-300x209.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-513\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Salenjaci<\/p><\/div>\n<p>On je tamanio one punjene d\u017eemom od \u0161ljiva, a ja one s pekmezom od malina, za \u0161to, na \u017ealost danas nemamo ba\u0161 previ\u0161e prilike, jer salenjak je skroz rijetka poslastica na na\u0161em tr\u017ei\u0161tu kola\u010da.<br \/>\nNadam se da \u0107e se uskoro neki slasti\u010dar sjetiti kako je ovo vrhunski, tradicionalni kola\u010d za staviti u ponudu modernih slasti\u010darnica.<\/p>\n<p>Do tada, nema mi druge, nego sama se prihvatiti pe\u010denja salenjaka.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakinakuharica.com\/slastice\/Salenjaci.html\" target=\"_blank\">Recept za salenjake pogledajte ovdje.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salenjaci (salenjak) su postali, za ne povjerovati, slabo zastupljeni kola\u010d.
