Topla kuhinja, koju obavijaju mirisi dizanog tijesta. Baka &#8220;pobolj\u0161ava&#8221; svoj <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuharicareceptisavjeti.com\/zimnica\/slatka-zimnica\/dem-od-marelica\" target=\"_blank\">d\u017eem od marelica<\/a> s malo ruma. Pokrivene su kuhinjskom krpom i baka mi je zabranila da virim ispod krpe, jer se u protivnom krafne ne\u0107e di\u0107i i ne\u0107e biti fine. Radoznala sam da vidim kako se to krafne di\u017eu, tko im poma\u017ee u tome, ali se ipak suzdr\u017eavam pogledati ispod krpe da ne naljutim baku, jer je toliko puno truda ulo\u017eila da ih &#8220;zaklopa&#8221; i &#8220;protu\u010de&#8221; \u010dvrsto to tijesto. Pitam ju za\u0161to se krafne moraju dizati, a ona me podu\u010dava da su onda rahle i mekane.<\/p>\n<p>Na velikoj drvenoj pe\u0107i, u plavom loncu na bijele to\u010dke, grije se masno\u0107a u kojoj \u0107e se pr\u017eiti krafne. Baka ih nje\u017eno, po dvije, stavlja na dlan, pu\u0161e u njih da otpu\u0161e sloj bra\u0161na kojim ih je posipala te zatim spu\u0161ta u vru\u0107u masno\u0107u. Nadgleda ih &#8220;okom sokolovim&#8221; da ne zagore i \u010dim primjeti da su dobile zlatnu boju, pa\u017eljivo okre\u0107e, da ne o\u0161teti rub krafni &#8211; pokladnica, koji mora ostati svijetlo \u017eut.<\/p>\n<p>Krafne se veselo kupaju u masno\u0107i, miri\u0161i cijela kuhinja zamamnim mirisima. Baka ih vadi \u0161upljikavom \u017elicom iz masno\u0107e i ostavlja da se malo ocijede. Zatim ih obilno posipa miri\u0161ljavim vanili \u0161taub \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/p>\n<p>Ja jedva \u010dekam da zagrizem toplu krafnu.
